About Mission Control
The Mission Control™ Difference
Mission Control™ are Australian made and owned.
We make disinfectants and fogging products in Queensland, Australia.
We manufacture regular Hydrogen Peroxide products as well as our exclusive long lasting range of disinfectants.
Unlike regular disinfectants, our range of Mission Control™ products continue to kill germs and bacteria for hours, days, even months after application.
All of our products are non-hazardous and Australian made.

Antimicrobial Barrier Comparison Fact Sheet
Making choices about which antibacterial product to use is not easy. Leaching anti-bacterial products may claim to be embedded, bound or contained; but they are designed to diffuse and migrate and therefore are not ‘chemically bound’ to the surface.
It’s important to understand the facts about modes of action, toxicity, leaching and protection, before choosing your product.
Any chemical based products will promote adaptive organisms as it is the nature of organisms to adapt to an irritant and become immune to it. Organisms cannot adapt to something that physically destroys them and thus they cannot develop into Superbugs.
Comparison Factors
- Mode of Action
- Toxicity
- Leaching or non-leaching
- Adaptive Organisms
Nuke™ Based
- Physically ruptures the cell membrane
- Non hazardous, organic base
- Physically bonded to surface & non-leaching
- Does not promote adaptive organisms and thus prevents Superbugs
Triclosan Based
- Releases chlorinated phenols and other radicals for cellular absorption, causing lethal mutations
- Toxic, chemical based
- Embedded & designed to leach and be metabolised by cells
- Can create adaptive organisms
Silver Based
- Releases ionic free radicals that react with the cell DNA and disrupts critical life processes in the cell
- Mildly toxic, natural base that can distribute widely in the body and cross both blood-brain and placental barriers
- Embedded & designed to leach and be metabolised by cells
- Can create adaptive organisms
About Mission Control™
Our Mission is to Control Germs and Bacteria
With more and more Superbugs evolving every day, we have spent countless hours in the research and development of natural disinfectants that germs and bacteria cannot build an immunity to.
As a result, we have developed a range of products that do not leach and do not use chemical reactions to kill germs.
Ordinarily, when an untreated surface is touched, germs are left lying in wait for the next person that touches the same surface.
Our unique Mission Control™ formulation bonds to the surface and then attacks the cell wall of any germs or bacteria that come in contact with it, rupturing the cell membrane and thus destroying it.
Because Mission Control™ uses a physical action to destroy bacteria and germs, they cannot build immunity and develop into Superbugs.
Fair Go Conditions
When we state that our disinfectant remains effective for an extended period of time, we mean that such results are possible if our products are used in accordance with their instructions and under normal everyday conditions.
For example, if bleach is applied to the surface at any point after application, it will decimate the protective barrier and thus the effectiveness of the product will be compromised.
For clarification on what we consider to be unfair conditions that may affect the performance of Nuke™ products, see below.
'Unfair' Conditions that may affect the performance of any Mission Control™ Surface or HVAC protection product
For Mission Control™ Surface & HVAC protection products to offer protection against bacteria and germs, any excessive build up of contaminants should be removed by first cleaning the surface thoroughly.
Once the surface is clean and DRY, simply apply Mission Control™ using the mist setting on spray bottles, or fog it on using fogging equipment. Gently wipe away any excess with a clean cloth and allow to dry. Do not rinse off. The dryer the surface becomes, the stronger the bond of the antibacterial properties.
Unfair conditions include:
- The product is not used in accordance with the above instructions.
- Dilution of the product prior to use, rinsing the surface after application, or the use of a wet cloth, rather than a dry one, when wiping away any excess.
- The use of harsh cleaning products, such as chlorine or bleach at any time after application of the product.
- The application of pesticides directly to the surface.
- Acts of sabotage to the surface, whether deliberate or through negligence, e.g. submitting the surface to unsanitary operational conditions such as lack of vermin and pest control or higher than normal presence of heat or moisture.
Frequently Asked Questions
Mission Control Disinfectants are frequently asked about certain aspects of our Products and Services.
Here are the most common questions.
What are the advantages of a Business Account?
Business account clients receive an additional discount on top of the existing bulk quantity discounts.
They also get instant notifications of price drops, clearance lines, new range items and promotional specials
How long does the protective barrier last for?
Unfortunately, bacteria testing labs do not have a set test available for duration of protection and therefore we are not allowed to make specific claims regarding this.
The most we can do is mention our own inhouse tests, which are in no way professionally accredited.
After treating a surface with Mission Control™ and then infecting it 10 minutes later, the ATP meter revealed the surface to be very safe. A week later, we re-infected the surface and then tested it again, to find it still well within the safe zone.
3 months later, we re-infected and tested again, finding it still in the safe zone although only just. To err on the side of caution, we only claim it protects for 30 Days and may help protect for up to 90 Days.

Why don't you offer Hydrogen Peroxide as a spray?
We only make Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, meaning it is pure H2O2 in purified water, with no additives, including stabilisers. Without the addition of stabilisers, Hydrogen Peroxide is somewhat unstable and can easily leak when shipped or stored in spray bottles. For this reason alone, we do not sell H2O2 in spray bottles. For more information on Hydrogen Peroxide stability, read this article.
Our Refund Policy
Our customers are important to us, so we understand the need to look after them when things don’t quite go as planned.
Please see below for our refund policy.
What if I changed my mind?
If you contact us before we send the item, you will get a full refund. Just quote your order number. However, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind for items that have already been sent. This is due to the amount of effort involved in producing the product and packaging it up for delivery.
What if it does not work as expected?
If any product you purchase from us does not perform as well as you expected, simply contact us within 14 days after you have received it and quote the order number concerned.
We will ask you to send the item back to us, at which time we will refund the initial purchase price but not the associated delivery charges.
What happens if my item is damaged in transit?
Should your purchase be damaged in transit, do not reject the delivery, as that will only delay you getting a refund while we wait for the product to return to us, so we can verify the damage.
Instead, accept the delivery and then take a photo of the damage. Send the photo to info@missioncontroldisinfectants.com with a short note and include the order number concerned. If the item is still usable, we will issue a credit towards your next purchase, but if it is not, you will be refunded in full, including the postage cost you paid for it to get to you!
