Why so cheap (what’s the catch)?
The reason this business is being sold so cheaply is because there is no equipment or property involved and no handover of pre-existing clients.
You would need to leverage your sales and marketing skills to capitalise on the brand and thus build up your own clientele from scratch.
Unfortunately, the current owner wasn’t very experienced at business or marketing, relying heavily on the hundreds of orders that kept pouring in via eBay during the pandemic, so only basic social media advertising was utilised and no broader promotions through TV etc. Nor did they contact cleaning companies etc. to try and build an ongoing clientele. In their own words, they also “had trust issues with bringing in outsiders”, so they didn’t take the opportunity to upscale by hiring extra staff or even by outsourcing to a contractual mix, fill and label company.

- Aged care and child care facilities also need to be able to disinfect surfaces only once a day, rather constantly throughout the day.
- Public transport, Restaurants… the list goes on.
